Return Policy 

At ChillFil, we take pride in the quality of our 3D-printed products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following return policy, which outlines the conditions under which returns or exchanges may be accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, personalized items, and any products marked as "final sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Malfunctioning Products

Manufacturing Defects: If your ChillFil product has a manufacturing defect or malfunction, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. You must provide proof of the defect, such as photographs or a video, to support your claim.

Replacement: For verified manufacturing defects, we will offer a replacement of the same item.

Shipping Costs: If a return is due to a manufacturing defect, ChillFil will not require the item to be shipped back. Instead, we may ask for photographic or video evidence of the defect. For all other returns, no shipping is necessary as we do not accept returns unless there is a verified defect.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at Chilliwackfilaments@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence (photos, videos, etc.).

Authorization: If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions. Please follow the guidelines provided in the email to complete the return process. Returns without prior approval and instructions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days. The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the item is found to be used, damaged, or otherwise not in its original condition, a refund will not be issued.

Processing Time: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Exclusions

Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered under our return policy.

Custom Orders: Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
